個人情報取扱ポリシー

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes what data AdMetric LLC ("Operator", "we") processes, for what purposes, how we protect it, and what rights you have. The Policy is drafted in compliance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

1. 用語

• 運営者 — ООО «Адметрик», ИНН 9726112159.
• ユーザー — サイトhttps://admetric.proおよび/またはプラットフォームhttps://app.admetric.proを利用する個人。
• クライアント — プラットフォーム利用契約を締結した法人または個人事業主。
• プラットフォーム — マーケティング自動化サービスAdMetric。
• 個人情報 — 直接的または間接的に特定され、もしくは特定可能な個人に関するあらゆる情報。
• 処理 — 収集、記録、保存、利用、提供、削除を含む、個人情報に対するあらゆる操作。
• Cookie — ユーザーのブラウザに保存される小さなファイル。

2. 処理されるデータのカテゴリー

2.1. admetric.proサイトを利用する際

• IPアドレス、国、地域（米国にあるMaxMind GeoLite2データベースによりIPから判定）；
• ブラウザ情報：User-Agent、画面解像度、言語；
• Cookie（第5項参照）；
• ナビゲーションイベント：閲覧したページ、遷移、トラフィックソース（UTMパラメータ）。

2.2. プラットフォームに登録する際

• メールアドレスと氏名；
• パスワード（bcryptハッシュとして保存され、当社では平文を確認できません）；
• クライアントの場合：法人・個人事業主の情報（名称、TIN、住所、担当者）；
• アカウントへのログイン情報（IP、User-Agent、日付）— セキュリティのため。

2.3. クライアントのサイトにトラッカーを設置する際

If a Customer installs the AdMetric tracker script on their website, we collect data about visitors to that site (this is third-party personal data processed on behalf of the Customer):

• admetric_vid — Cookie内の訪問者ID（有効期限2年、HttpOnly、SameSite=None）；
• fingerprint — 端末の特性から生成される複合ハッシュ；
• IPアドレスとIPによる位置情報；
• メールアドレスと電話番号 — クライアントが自社サイトのidentify()メソッドで送信した場合（例：訪問者の登録後）；
• サイト上のイベント：クリック、閲覧、フォーム送信、コンバージョン。

2.4. 広告プラットフォームやCRMとの連携を設定する際

The Platform connects to 48+ external services via OAuth 2.0 or API key (Yandex Direct, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, VK, amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). From these services we receive:

• アクセストークン（refresh / access tokens）— 暗号化して保存（AES-256）；
• 広告キャンペーンの統計（予算、クリック、インプレッション、コンバージョン）；
• リードデータ（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号）— コンバージョンのアトリビューション用；
• クライアントのCRMからの成約データ（第三者への提供なし、分析のみ）。

2.5. GoogleデータとLimited Use

If you connect Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console, AdMetric accesses Google user data only after your explicit OAuth consent. We use this data to display statistics, build reports, calculate marketing metrics and generate recommendations inside your workspace.

• Google Ads：キャンペーン、グループ、広告、クリック、インプレッション、支出、コンバージョンの統計。
• Google Analytics 4：集約されたウェブ分析、イベント、サイトの効果指標。
• Google Search Console：検索クエリ、ページ、クリック、インプレッション、サイトの掲載順位。
• OAuthトークンは暗号化して保存され、連携解除またはアカウント削除時に削除されます。

AdMetric’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, share it with third parties for advertising purposes, or use it to train generalized AI/ML models. Access is limited to authorized workspace users and subprocessors required to operate the service securely.

2.6. プランのお支払いの際

Payments are processed by payment providers (T-Bank Cassa for Russia, PayPal/Stripe for other regions). We receive only the payment ID, masked card number (last 4 digits), and expiration date. Full card details are never stored by AdMetric.

3. 処理の目的

• プラットフォームへのアクセス提供およびサービスの提供；
• 契約の締結、履行、終了；
• セキュリティの確保（不正アクセス対策、ユーザー操作の監査）；
• コンバージョンのアトリビューション：クリック → 訪問 → リード → 成約の紐付け；
• AIコンテンツ生成（広告テキスト、投稿、記事）— このため、データはAnthropic Claude API（米国）に送信されます；
• プラットフォームの分析と改善（匿名化データによる集計）；
• キャンペーンの状況、エラー、ニュースのユーザーへの通知；
• 法令要件の遵守（会計、税務報告）。

4. 処理の法的根拠

• ユーザーの同意（連邦法152-FZ第6条第1部第1項）；
• 本人が当事者となる契約の履行（第6条第1部第5項）；
• 運営者の権利と正当な利益の実現（第6条第1部第7項）— 分析、セキュリティ、監査ログのため；
• 法令要件の履行（第6条第1部第2項）— 税務・会計報告。

5. Cookieおよび類似技術

admetric.proサイトおよびプラットフォームでは、以下の技術的Cookieを使用しています：

6. 保存期間

• アカウントおよび関連する個人情報 — ユーザーによるアカウント削除時または請求時まで；
• トラッカーおよび分析のイベント — 最長24ヶ月、その後集約；
• 連携のOAuthトークン — 連携解除まで；
• セキュリティ監査ログ（ログイン、パスワード変更など）— 12ヶ月；
• 契約・支払いの書類 — 契約終了後5年（ロシア税法第23条、会計に関する連邦法402-FZ）；
• 同意の撤回時 — 法令により更に長い保存義務がある場合を除き、30日以内にデータを削除します。

7. 第三者へのデータ提供

データは以下のカテゴリーの受領者（サブプロセッサー）に提供されます：

• Anthropic, Inc. (США) — AI生成のためのClaude APIでのコンテンツ処理；
• Cloudflare, Inc. (США) — DDoS対策、CDN；
• MaxMind, Inc. (США) — IPによる位置情報判定；
• 決済プロバイダー： Tinkoff Kassa（ロシア）、PayPal（米国）、Stripe（米国）；
• 広告プラットフォームおよびCRM： クライアントが送信を明示的に設定したデータのみを送信（例：Yandex.MetricaやMeta CAPIへのコンバージョンイベント）；
• 政府機関 — 正当な法的請求がある場合（裁判所、捜査委員会、税務局、Roskomnadzorなど）。

8. 国境を越えたデータ移転

Some of our subprocessors are located outside Russia (United States). Transfers to the US are performed based on your consent (Art. 12 of 152-FZ). The US is not on the list of countries providing adequate protection, so we enter into agreements with such recipients obligating them to ensure protection at a level no lower than 152-FZ requirements.

For EU/UK users, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as adopted by the European Commission additionally apply.

• 不正確、不完全、または違法に取得された個人情報の訂正、ブロック、削除の要求；
• [email protected]への書面による申し出により、いつでも処理への同意を撤回できます — 30日以内にデータを削除します；
• 構造化された形式での自分の個人情報のコピーの入手；
• Roskomnadzor（https://rkn.gov.ru）または裁判所への、運営者の作為・不作為に対する異議申立て。

For EU/UK residents: you additionally have the rights to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21), to restrict processing (Art. 18), and not to be subject to solely automated decision-making (Art. 22). For California residents: under CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information), the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to non-discrimination.

10. セキュリティ

Our security measures are disclosed on the /security page: TLS 1.3 encryption (traffic) and AES-256 (OAuth tokens), 2FA, action audit log, workspace-level data isolation, protection against brute-force and DDoS.

11. 年齢

The Platform is intended for users aged 16 and older (for EEA/UK) or 13 and older (for the US with parental consent), or 18+ (for Russia). If we learn that we have processed a minor's data without parental or guardian consent, we will delete that data.

12. ポリシーの変更

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or by a banner in the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
